Changing over to AP2 Retainers or just doing a major cylinder head service? Well then it’s highly recommended to change valve stem seals also.
Worn valve stem seals can lead to excessive oil burn or smoke on VTEC and start up.

This is enough to change one side (either Intake or exhaust side).
